Welcome to the Electoral Regulation Research Network

Since 2012 the Network has been a pioneering collaboration fostering discussion amongst electoral commissions, academics, and other interested groups on research relating to electoral regulation, management, and design. Convenors located across Australia are the lifeblood of the Network, as are the Editors of our Working Paper series, Australian Electoral Law Library, and Newsletter. Our Governance Board and Research Council ensure close connection with electoral commissions nationwide and support the co-design of innovative and impactful research. Hosted at the University of Melbourne, ERRN is jointly supported and funded by the New South Wales Electoral Commission, the Victorian Electoral Commission, and Melbourne Law School.
